i've tried alot of 5ghz oc's and i just cant get it stable my rig is:

ive tried from 1.27.1.35 voltage using this guide and many others ::

everything ive done is in this video ^^ all ive done is change voltage i have as mentioned
any help is much apporeciated, going to sleep now look forward to waking up with your solutions and having a stable oc :) thanks in advance

i forgot to mention but i had the voltage set at 1.275 and on hwinfo64 it was saying core #0 vid: 1.334 if this helps at all
 
1.35V is like a base voltage for 5.0GHz on newer generations, so that seems fine. I almost screamed when I saw you're cooling a 9700K with an EVO 212 though, but you do you.. ;) Does it at all thermal throttle? I'm curious if that is what's cause your instability.

It’s what I took from my old computer I only recently upgraded from a 6600k and zotac 970 I’m looking for a aio but my case is small and I have about £100 to spend on a 240mm just haven’t got round to ordering one

The hottest i saw one test from, prime95 take it to was 96, but when running cinebench or prime95 at 5ghz at 1.280 the cores stayed stable for the longest time but then worker 4 decided to go down to 7% usage under load 96 was the hottest and i only saw it go to that once avg temp was about 70-80 id have said throughout the couple of hours i was trying
