Question i7 9700k temp spikes

My overclocked cpu temp spikes too 58 degrees on the third core. Is this normal?

Stress testing has all my cores at 70 max so i know its stable, im just worried about the jumps. Its only for a couple of seconds.

Maybe the core is working on an AVX-Load for a short time, that is known to generate more heat. Most mainboard have an option "AVX offset" for this case to not clock the CPU as high if it's handling AVX loads.
