So with shipping, that comes to about $1835, then you get $90 MIR, and two free COD games (keep one and sell the other for $35 back). If you need to cut the price just go with 1 GTX 285 or maybe a GTX 295, IDK what monitor you plan to get or use...
 
The PC Power and Cooling 610W won't work for your system. (with out adaptors)
Look in the Specifications. PCI-E Connections 2 x 6pin.
2X XFX GeForce 9800 will require 4 x 6pin connectors.
Some of the cards need a 6pin and 6+2pin for each card.
