I am torn by a stupid question, is there any single ounce of diffarance in performance between the i7 13700k and the i7 13700KF ? other than the integrated GPU which I wont need as a gamer ? like will this affect my performance or heat in any way shape or form ?

There is no difference other than the IGP is disabled on the F chip. As you would not be using the IGP then I doubt there would be any difference in temps other than the usual silicone lottery.

Whilst the F chips are a good way to save a bit of money it is sometimes advised to get the usual K chip should you encounter any issues and need to troubleshoot. Personal choice though.

Pay the few bucks more for the K with built in graphics just incase you have video card problems.

Every CPU is a little bit different, if you are lucky and win the lottery you get a CPU that is a little bit better.
Doesn't matter unless you are heavily into overclocking.

If you ever decide to stream or even just to record some gameplay the iGPU will do it without losing any performance either from the cpu or the gpu.
Also because the iGPU is independent you can have a second display running at different refresh rate in case you want to have anything on a second monitor.
Doing this with one gpu alone often causes issues.

Not between the models no, it's just the iGPU. There can be differences in silicon quality between CPU's but you would still find that between two 13700K's. The fact that it is a KF makes no difference.

There is no performance difference at all between the 13700K and 13700KF.

I would also choose one with IGP. That way if your GPU dies, you can still use the PC, for other things.

In the UK there is a 3.75% difference in price between the i7 13700K and i7 13700KF, that in itself is very small. When you look at the % difference over the whole build cost it's meaningless. I really would just buy the 13700K, you have a backup GPU and it slips off the tongue more easily.
