Hi, I was wandering since im upgrading my ancient Q6600 mobo combo for and i7 I was wandering what Mobos Ram you guys suggest. I'm looking to spend about £300(im in the uk so prices in sterling please )

Why? Do you just want it because you have a lot of extra money burning a hole in your pocket and you want bragging rights, or is there actually a good reason why you need 1366 over 1156? For that matter, what is your application? It is possible that you wouldn't gain much by upgrading.

Its mostly because I'm using a lot of video editing software and my computer is now almost 4 years old, I've been saving for almost 6 months, I also can use my watercooling loop with a 1366, and i5s are overpriced and you get more bang-for-buck with a Nahalem.
