Hello everyone, so i am going to build myself a pc to stream League Of Legends and maybe CS:GO... Up to this point i havent chosen a thing. FIrst of all i am wondering which one is better - First gen i7 processors and overclocking them or xeon processor. And also 1 more question for GPU- do i have to buy a very nice gpu like the 950+ or i will be ok with something like gtx 670 or 750 ti? Also i have noticed that there are very few 1366 socket motherboards....

What is your budget?

i have a skylake i3 6100 and i can stream fine. i don't know why you think that you need an i7 or a xeon. even the newest i7's don't offer that much performance increase over a new i5 (at least in terms of fps, i don't know about streaming) if my i3 can do it though, you probably don't need an i7 or a xeon, especially if you are only going to be playing cs:go or LoL. I have a 960 can i get well above 200 fps in csgo which is pretty normal.

i have a solution for you can buy a xeon e5 2670 for about $60 and about $5-10 for shipping they ship from hong kong and china and find a good x79 mobo for about 100-150 on ebay and if you want dual cpu then you get a dual socket mobo this cpu has 8 cores and 16 threads making it work like 5960x and it is a gr8 cpu for money you can find a 8gb ddr3 ram for $30
and pair it up with a gtx 1060 or 1070 and you are good to a hyper t4 will do gr8 for cooling as this is a locked processor so it doesn't release too much heat

Dual CPUs require a lot more knowledge than the average PC builder has. Dual CPU system aren't for gaming, they are for servers. And most software made for regular desktops aren't going to be able to utilize a second CPU.

it is not necessary to get 2 CPUs he can even get 1 and it even beast the 6700k
