I7700 Nearly at 80 C when underload?

I have a 4 heat sync pipe cpu cooler and in games the highest I've seen it is 77 C (Cpu core temps) I've heard it's normal for it to be hitting high temps? Thanks.

Edit: Just done a stress test and the max it reaches at 100% cpu is 82.
