I regret confirming that for HDR to work the HDMI output has to be revision 2.0a. If on the other hand you are trying to use DisplayPort or USB Type-C, I can confirm that HDR would require either to support DisplayPort revision 1.3 or higher.

Since your MoBo has HDMI/DP ports as version 1.2, you can't use HDR while using Intel HD Graphics 630 (your iGPU).

Quite the specs just to be using igpu, what's this used for? Why not a graphics card with Hdmi 2.1?
its from my old gaming system that i wanted to set up as another computer for my mother. i just needed to get a ssd and a power supply to get it up and running. so basicly if i want hdr . i would need to use a dedicated graphics card.

If it's for your mom, i doubt that she would care if there is HDR or not.

But yes, to use HDR you need dedicated GPU and the newer display ports it has, beating the point of running the PC off from iGPU.
