Hey guys i built a pc a few weeks ago and the temp of the cpu runs at 30 to 38 in idle and when i play rainbow 6 it reaches 50s to 60s

Im using a masterliquid 120 ml liquid cooling fan by cooler master is it enough ??? Or should i upgrade to the 240 ml cooler master ???

Specs
Cpu: I79700k
Cpu cooler :Masterliquid ml120 water cooler
Gpu: Rtx 2060 gaming z
Mobo: auros pro wifi
750 watt 80 plus gold evga powersupply
32 gb ram

I mainly use it for making beats and casual gaming an I am never planning on overclocking

Solution
Mid 60s are ok too. But I advise you to run some stress test (e.g. prime 95 26.6 - small ffts test) and monitor your temps, if your cpu thermal throttle in this test ( temps over 100°C) you should upgrade your cooler or undervolt your cpu a bit.
