Question i9 14900k Odd Temperature Spikes in Cores 4 and 5 During Idle

The only things I had running were Chrome (with around 15 tabs open), Discord, and Steam (I wasn't downloading anything). I have Asus's DOCP 1 enabled, but I don't have the CPU overclocked manually or through AI Overclocker. The only other thing I have enabled is Intel's Adaptive Boost. Is this behavior normal for an Intel CPU? I noticed that restarting my system reduced the temperature spikes but didn't entirely stop them from happening. When idle after a system restart, cores 4 and 5 still regularly had higher temperatures than the other cores but only went up to a max of 64C as compared to my picture of HWinfo before the restart. Thanks for any info.
