Question i9-7900X Shows Temperature 0 degrees Celsius in BIOS and Windows

Is there some configuration (maybe for sub 0 overclocking) that changes the temperature sensing?
Mainboard: Asus WS X299 PRO/SE
Bought the CPU used. The system is very unstable/bluescreens every few minutes. Maybe thats related?

Sounds like a faulty sensor. See if there is a way you can manually run the CPU fan at full speed. To keep it from overheating.
