First sorry for my bad English.

I have a I3 8350K on a Asrock Z390 Pro4 and I just bought a second hand bundle of a I9 9900KF and a Asus Rog Strix Z390-I Gaming for $272.

So I wonder which motherboard should I keep because I prefer the Asrock one because its ATX and the Asus its Mini-ITX. I don't know if it will be issues or stability problems with the Pro4 if I want to overclock or even stock (It is 100% compatible in theory but I heard some problems with Asrock motherboards).

What should I do? I have my I3 at 4,8Ghz very stable without a blue screen or anything but I don't know if it will be the same with my new I9.

The i9 9900K is a power hungry, hot SOB. What you need to research is the power delivery (VRM) and MOFSET cooling on those two motherboards. I did a little research on them and neither of them are standouts with respect to power delivery. Having said that, I'd give the edge to the Asus Rog Strix Z390-I Gaming.
