Question IBM to ATX

Hi guys,
I want know how to connect my ATX front panel audio to my IBM thinkcentre motherboard? Any one have any ideas or photos.

Give us motherboard or thinkcentre model. You should have a F_AUDIO connector on the motherboard, LENOVO usually makes it's color orange.
