iBuyPower Won't Boot

My PC that I just received today will not boot. The message that pops up when I boot is that the operating system couldn't be loaded because a critical system driver is missing or contains errors. I've tried to switch the BIOS boot sequence, but to no avail. Is this product DOA or can i fix this? Thanks

Try doing a factory restore since it is brand new and you have nothing on the pc to lose. Instructions should be in their documentation but usually involve pressing an F-key during boot up to boot into recovery or restore mode.

This is a brand new system?
What did they say when you called their help line?

Good question above. My suggestion is on another pc, download the windows 10 media creation tool, and nuke and pave that PC. That way it's a clean install and should have no issues. But you would think they'd check these things before sending them out.
