Can anyone point me in the direction of a complete listing of the
original LotR CCG from Iron Crown Enterprises please? I have a fairly
substantial collection from this game and would like to see what's
missing.

Also, is there anyone out there who still plays this version rather
than the "new" version?

Thanks,
Kevin Holmes.

Would I be correct in assuming you are referring to MECCG (Middle-Earth
CCG), which started with ME:TW (The Wizards), added booster packs Dragons
(ME:TD) and Dark Minions (MEDM)? That game? Don't have a link to a full
check list, but http://www.trevorstone.org/metw/ has rarity listings up to
White Hand (missing only Balrog). Also, www.meccg.net offers trading sites
rules versions and discussion forums. And let's not forget GCCG where
people play MECCG online :).

If this is the game you were asking about, the World Championships were
held just this August in Turku, Finland, so people do still play it 😉.

Cheers,

Rauli

Rauli,

Yes this is exactly the CCG I'm talking about. I started playing this
around 8 years ago but I ran out of opponents and my club deemed it too
complex (when compared to MTG), so we stopped playing. I continued to
collect the cards mostly from eBay sales.

I'm mostly interested in completing my collection as a lack of players
in the UK forces me to continue with MTG.

Thanks for the information.

Kevin.
