Icons aligned by grid are off.

Hey guys,
I got my dual monitor setup running, but I am having a problem with icons on my main screen. Basically the align grid is not centered, as you can see on this picture - http://i.imgur.com/1WAr13I.png . This is suppsoed to be the furthermost position on bottom right. Bottom left and top right is the same, Top left is ok aligned. I don't really know why this is happening and its driving me crazy. Perhaps some setting in Catalys Control Center, but I couldn't find it there. GPU is R280x, any ideas please?

If you haven’t already, try updating your graphics driver. Make sure you use the driver intended for your operating system and architecture (32 or 64 bit).

All drivers are up to date. thats the first thing i did . Maybe its because the dual monitor is 19'' and the second one is 23'' and the resolution is acting wierd because of that?
