Icons not display nor image preview

Hi guys,

Not sure what to do - my icons and image previews on medium, large and huge icons simple displays nothing (some times a very low resolution stretched image....i dont know why)

Anyone else ever run in to this? cant find any similar threads online

try reinstalling windows or restore a backup otherwise download some icons from internet. http://www.iconarchive.com/tag/windows-8
