iCue not recognizing Vengeance RGB Pro

It will Recognize the RAM as being installed, but it won’t let me control the RGB. My MoBo (Crosshair VII HERO) doesn’t have a SPD write option. No other RGB software installed. Help!

Hello,

Make sure you have the latest iCue, uninstall any previous versions as well. In iCUE's settings, update the firmware as well and restart. Should be fine.
If that doesn't fix it, you have another software that interferes the process of controlling the rgb modules and needs to be stopped.
