Question ID-COOLING fx 360 pro sounds on startup and power off

Hello, I recently purchased an AIO fx 360 pro, installed it according to the instructions

After a couple of days is started to produce noises on startup and after PC shutdown. Noises on startup lasts longer and longer each week. Check my video here:

I have 6 months warranty at my local reseller (from the moment of purchase). Is the pump faulty? It works fine after start, good cooling and low noise.

I can provide more info if needed. Also I wrote to id-cooling yesterday, so far no answer.

It almost sounds like something is hitting a fan blade, take the side panel off the case and check all your fans. I have never heard a pump make that kind of noise. On power off the pump will stop immediately while a fan will slowly come to a stop.

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!

You might want to roll up sheet of A4 paper into a cylinder, holding one end to your ear, then use the other end to probe for the source of the noise.

We'll also need to know how your AIO is mounted in the case.
