I will like to know if the Acer E1 the laptop from argos for 400 quid, with intel 4000 hd graphics and a 2.6ghz and 3.1 ghz would run world of tanks and if so what setting ?

It probably would but not well , it will be let down the the intel graphics which are fine for "Media" tasks , but not on par with even an entry level dedicated grapics module
If this is somthing you are considering purchasing i would suggest you look for anything sprouting a nividia or Raedon graphics card , even if it is their entry level chip
So as im assuming your uk based somthing like this
