I can't figure out how to install this. Can someone HELP??

Which controller card is it? Usually, you need to install the card physically while leaving your hard drive plugged in to the motherboard. Fire it up and install the drivers from the disk to the operating system. Shut the machine down and plug the drive into the new card, making sure to use an 80 wire cable if it's ultra dma 66.
This is general. Specify the card and someone can probably give you the play-by-play.
