GPU: XFX RAEDON RX 580 8GB XXX EDITION
MOBO: ASUS TUF Z370 GAMING PLUS
RAM: PATRIOT VIPER 2X8 (16)GB 3400MHZ
SSD: SILICON POWER A55 1TB 3D NAND
HDD: USING MY OLD ONE( SEAGATE 500GB)
PSU: ?????

I play only games. Neither rendering nor overclocking. So which is the best and ideal psu for my rig?

Where are you located? Regional availability plays a huge part.

CX550 from Corsair should be available in most regions, and would be a nice pairing for that hardware.

High Budget - EVGA 650 G2, SeaSonic FOCUS Plus 650

Medium Budget - Corsair TX650M, SeaSonic FOCUS 550

Lower Budget - Corsair CX550(M) or CX650(M) (Grey label 2017), SeaSonic S12II/M12II 520W or 620W

Excluding a psu, my rig costs 888 usd. Should i need a 600w psu? If not what is ideal psu? And also i have an another question. Does the thermaltake smart 600w 80+ white certified psu suit for my gaming rig? I neither render nor overclock.

Not really. The Thermaltake Smart is poor quality for gaming builds, and over priced for office builds. It's just not a good PSU for anything.
