Hello so I was opening up a old space heater/radiator because it wouldn't power on as it used to a couple weeks ago. So taking a look I noticed one of the components was making a rattling sound so I thought a connector came undone. Turns out it's coming from a small black cylindrical component which probably shouldn't be making noise. Here are the photos of the pcb. The component in question is the black cylindrical component in the top right.

Is it worth trying to fix or not? I may still wanna give it a shot if I can figure out what it is.

Solution
It would be nice knowing what circuit this component sits on. Markings are for diode and transistor, probably some form of Shotky rectifier.

How many leads are there?
