Identifying Network. No network acces - LOOP.

So I opened my PC today, just to realise that I cannot connect to the internet. It just shows me "identifying network. no network acces". I have tried everything that i found on this forum and nothing seems to really work. I have tried different methods with the IP pinging and stuff I found on this website, but no result. The other devices such as the laptop or the phone work perfectly fine, which is how I am communicating right now. I would really appreciate some help.

Also I would like to mention that I cannot ping google or my routers ip.
