Question Idk if this is a windows issue or not but

I've had my PC for over a year now and recently whenever I turn it on in the morning it boots up and then I get stuck with just Asrock on my screen and nothing else. Don't have the loading thing for windows under it nothing just Asrock, and windows won't boot up till I've turned my pc on and off.
Started I think after I installed my m.2 SSD

When you installed M.2, did you end up with Windows on the M.2 and your previous disk? Make sure boot order is correct in bios.

I installed the m.2 and left windows on previous ssd, if I remeber the boot order is Windows boot, then the ssd windows is on then my hard drive the m.2 doesn't appear on the list

The one above the graphics card, ssd with windows is in sata3_4, it boots up just never fully the first time I have to restart the first time and it works on the second attempt
