i wanted to get NEO G8 but it has a lot of bad reviews and the store might not have a return policy. i play r6 the most but no too addicted few hours a day some days i dont play but i usually watch movies and stuff and i want to try black myth, cyberpunk, elden i havent had the chance bcuz my pc was old (i got 5080 which i think it can handle 4k 144hz pretty good )
so now my only options are either 4k 144hz 32in or 2k 240hz 32in . i had 1080p 32in 144hz monitor so im used to 144hz if 240hz is not really big difference tell me please. sorry for it being too long

here is a list of what monitors i can get

1- Samsung Odyssey G7 (2025) Smart Tizen (DG702)

2-SAMSUNG Smart Odyssey G7 BG702 Smart Tizen

3- ASUS ROG Strix XG32UQ

4-ASUS TUF 32" VG32UQA1A

5-LG 32UQ750P Ultrafine

6- LG 32G810SA UltraGear

these are all 4k 144hz monitors

1-LG 32GQ850-B this is 240hz 1440p 32 in this is the only option for 2k 240hz 32in

Budget?

Consider that you may need to later RMA the purchased monitor.

Will it be easy/straightforward to return any given monitor to the selling soure?

There could be shipping costs involved....

I don’t think even the 5080, while a great gpu, will do 144 fps on 4K without upscaling and/or framegen on 4K in most new titles.

If you’re okay with dlss and framegen get a 4K monitor. I don’t think 144 Hz or 240 Hz makes much of a difference.

If you’d rather not use dlss and framegen get the 1440p monitor, the 5080 will reach higher frame rates far easier at that resolution.

i dont mind that but idk i may get the 1440p monitor in the end once i see how much a difference will 4k and 1440p make in display wise
