Question idk y need help dell t3500 pls some one respond

I recently bought a dell t3500 I tried updating windows 10 and after a graphics card update my video card (nvs 295) is not booting and it is also giving me a 1 2 3 err code with solid green Button don't know what to do

According to this article; the issue might be with your GPU.

Disconnect from the wall and display, then remove the CMOS battery from the prebuilt's motherboard. Replace said battery after 30 minutes. Also, did the prebuilt come with the (Quadro) NVS 295 or was it added on by the previous owner? Make and model of the PSU in the prebuilt?

every thing is original from the factory the nvs was provided from factory psu is a dell 500wat psu I will try replacing cmos battery . If its the coms how is it giving me a error light of 123 and I can here raid utility chime in the background the display is not receiving any sort of signal (sorry is it does not make sense I am a beginner idk a lot about the pc )
