When in bios, the system typically runs one core at 100%, resulting in higher temps.
Test your idle temps in windows using hwmonitor or some other temp monitoring software.
okay sweet will have to have a look when i install everything etc thank you for your help was worried quite bit seeing others were getting like 30 but they must have meant idle on windows home
Not sure yet if your temps are ok. That does seem high, even for bios, hopefully you'll be better once you boot up!
ill reply to this one i have it all booted up etc, i live in australia so its quite warm and humid here and i only have 2 case fans going atm (one at rear and one at front) have another one in the front not going atm because i need to get an extension since it doesn't reach on the motherboard

sorry for th late response back but my cpu is hanging around 35-38 (with my league client open) and when idle its about 30-35 depending on room temperature etc so alls looking good
