IE home page link get changed

Hi, I have a problem with IE home page get displayed in my office server machine. I have set the home page to display as " http://www.google.co.in/ " for the purpose of my work but now for few days when IE was opened it goes to the link of "http://www.google.co.in/ig?hl=en&source=webhp" which affecting my work. When check in the Tools->InternetOptions->General, is mentioned as "http://www.google.co.in/ ".

Why this is happening? Where should I check regarding this?

Pls help me to solve this ASAP.

If you watch the address bar right when you click the home button, does it show http://www.google.co.in/ and then quickly move to http://www.google.co.in/ig?hl=en&source=webhp ? I would try clearing the cache in your web browser, it seems like that second page is just google trying to get you to use a custom homepage based on you having logged into google at some point.
