IE5.5 error report. Yuck!

Does anyone know how to disable this "feature"? It kicks on quite often, especially when I disconnect from the internet. Naturally, it tries to reconnect me to send the report. Not sure if it's windows or IE related.

I'm not sure how to turn off eithor but,
I have noticed that is really messes things up.

every time it comes across an error it closes all (not just 1) of my open internet windows..
