If I dont have RAM is it possible that my monitor and USB ports would not work?

I do not have RAM in my new pc and when I turn it on the monitor does not display anything. Could it be because of not having RAM? My USB ports are not giving out power either. Is RAM going to solve any of these issues?

You CANNOT run your system without RAM. Your display will not show anything without ram.

Yes ram will solve your problems.

Yes RAM is an essential part of the computer, as important as the CPU or motherboard. Without it, you don't have a computer.
