Or, a restore from a real backup mechanism.

I have a week, or 30 days (depending on the system) of accessible backups for all my systems and their individual drives.
Restore Points can be compromised, or the specific drive can fail.

Failing that, a full wipe and reinstall.

Depending on the type of attack that is used, you probably won’t be able to restore the computer - or even access the computer. A fresh install would remove everything.
