[SOLVED] If I install a new motherboard and processor do I need to deactivate Windows 10 in the old unit in order to reinstall Windows 10 in the new?

Installing a new motherboard and Ryzen processor. My Windows 10 was upgraded from a Windows 8.1. There is some confusion online as to whether this is reusable.
