If I plug in the wrong connectors on my Motherboard will it break when I turn it on?

I have connectors on my motherboard which are very unclear and the manual is just as unclear. I have something like F_AUDIO and F_USB and USB30. My case has USB 2.0 but I didn't see any USB 2.0 on the motherboard so I just plugged it in F_USB. I also have an HD_AUDIO connector (from my case) but I didn't see an HD_AUDIO plug so I plugged it in F_AUDIO and it fits perfectly.

Would there be any serious problems if it turns out that I've got the wrong connectors or no? That is my question.

It is the Gigabyte H110M-A Micro-ATX motherboard. Will it be fine? Did I do it right? It fit right in the connectors fine and every hole seems to be used by the connectors.

What is a firewire header?

Here are all of the plugs/connectors on my MOBO, can you take a look:

ATX_12V, CPU_FAN, ATX, F_USB30, SATA 0,1,2,3, CLR_CMOS, TPM, F_USB, M_BIOS, iTESuperI/O,RealtekGBELAN, SYS_FAN, CODEC, F_AUDIO, and SPDIF_O. (I didn't list RAM slots or any common things like that on this list)

There's no AAFP.
