I decided that I want to upgrade my cpu from a ryzen 7 2700x to a ryzen 9 3900x. I was wondering if my GPU will still be good to use for both gaming and streaming, if not what would be the best to GPU to do that both budget and performance

Solution
Your GPU matches or wins the RTX 2070 Super in performance...
Your gpu is perfectly fine for anything you throw at it.
It’s your cpu that does the streaming job less the gpu,so yeah it would be good for gaming and streaming.

You have a really good 1440p card.
A really good pair with your 3900X.
What is the rest of your pc?

PCBuild;
MOBO: CROSSHAIR VII HERO (Non-wifi)
RAM: 2x32 GB (64GB) G. SKILLZ TRIDENT ROYAL
M.2: WD BLACK GAMING 750
SSD: 2x 870 SAMSUNG GOLD
PSU: 800 WATT (everything has enough power and runs beautifully)

It is legit made for that.
12 cores and 24 threads will absolutelly handle everything you throw at it.
Whether than be gaming, gaming and streaming, workstation, everything.
As a 3900X owner I can confirm, this thing doesn't even go past 25% utilization in the most CPU intensive games and handles my 3070 beautifully.
