Ok so, basically i can't play alot of games because of my limited 4 gb ram and integrated graphics card. So, what if i got 64-bit? Will the usable ram become 4 possibly or is my pc capable of more?
My PC components are:
AMD Athlon(tm) II X3 455 Processor, 3.30 GHz
RAM: 4,00 GB (3,12 usable)
Windows 7 Ultimate
If you need more info, feel free to ask for it.

No, the unusable RAM is reserved for your system, such as your integrated graphics, not because of your 32bit OS.
Even if you went to 64bit, this would likely be roughly the same, however you would be able to upgrade to more RAM overall if you wanted to.

Do you think there is an recommended RAM memory i could upgrade to if i ever get 64-bit? Also sorry if i didn't quite understand, will upgrading the ram possibly affect the games or do i need to get a better pc?

use Crucial's website to find your compatible memory. you need to know your motherboard, or use their scanner to auto find it. opt to download and run the exe scanner, then it finds the ram sticks compatible
