So I am deciding about picking up the mainboard for my new pc.
Asus ROG STRIX Z690-A is one of the options.
When I check the supported ram list for this mainboard i do not G.Skill Ripjaws V, DDR4, 32 GB, 3600MHz, CL16 (F4-3600C16D-32GVKC) on it.
Does it mean it won't work on it ?
Also, I tried searching for G.Skill Trident Z Neo, DDR4, 32 GB, 3600MHz, CL16 (F4-3600C16D-32GTZNC), and Crucial Ballistix Red at DDR4 3600 DRAM Desktop Gaming Memory Kit 32GB (16GBx2) CL16 (BL2K16G36C16U4R). No sucess.
Does it mean that those ram sticks won't run with that motherboard?
Thanks for the info,
Cheers,

The support list is the ram that the vendor has tested.
It does not mean that ram that is not on the list won't work.
The vendor can't possibly test every make and model of ram.
