If motherboard supports Ryzen 3 2200g does that mean it will support 1600af/2600?
i have a320 mb with ryzen 3 2200g so im thinking about upgrade but dont feel comfortable updating bios
So does it support ryzen 1600 af/2600 or do i have to update bios
I know ryzen 2200g is second gen but its 14nm and Zen of first gen

While BIostar seems to be the only motherboard manufacturer that I've seen that does not list the minimum bios for each CPU/APU, the 3 2200G and 5 2600 were released pretty close together and have enough other similarities that they will likely run on the same bios, although I would keep the old APU handy just in case you would need to do a bios update.
