Question If my PC won't turn on (even with screwdriver) is it a motherboard or PSU problem?

I just started building a new PC, but it wont even turn on. The mobo seems to be receiving power, but the front panel connectors aren't working and the screw driver short doesn't work either. All parts (Except the GPU and PSU) are brand new. Does this seem like a mobo issue (i.e. things aren't plugged in right) or a PSU issue?

Please post your full system spec.

Is there any sign of life at all when you attempt to boot (does a fan try to spin, does an LED light up briefly, etc)?

Try plugging in your mobo and cpu power again, and make sure your front panel is in the right spots. Also make sure there aren't any cords or screws behind the mobo.
