Question If PC restarts and its not PSU, RAM, MOBO what is?

PC enthusiast, may be rookie to this forum place BUT, i've been dealing with an upgrade scheme of mine where i been trying to get good hardware for good price etc

for an idea specs are

MOBO: a320m-k -> a520i ac
Ram: 24gb Unknown -> 32gb kingston fury
Psu: evga 450 -> evga 600bq -> sfx pro dagger 450
Gpu: rx 5700xt sapphire pulse
Cpu: ryzen 5 5600g

the -> are meant to explain from what spec to spec i've change from the build

ive tested benchmarks, no restart no problems only that occt says 3d adaptive errors and nothing more, no crashes with it
ONLY CRASHES when playing heavy games or rendered? a good example is WARZONE, never been able to play that without encountering a single crash, and by craash meaning a full pc reboot, by its own, no light from mobos, just restart to black screen and then windows login

the most recent hardware that is mobo, ram, psu, are all fully new, even storage drives so not expecting any file errors, windows event log says kernel... just critical error pc shut off unexepctedly

GPU and CPU are only ones "used" tested on their own, cpus are hard to be a failing thing, and gpu does not show any sign of being a failure cause it hella renders so what am i missing, drivers are all up to date, even cpu and mobo are, windows using windows 10 and been formatted recently and reinstalled cleanly

power drag, hard to says its the outlet cause also thought about that, and not even that makes a change, only changed noticeable i used to play mcsm 2 and now tried to play it, it crashes during an exact scene, could not play the finals and somehow can play now, im lost for words, have not tried vram testing but dont believe it is, everything is cleaned, themeparutes are really good, gpu overstress hits 75, cpu 65 celsius

Looked for many pages and sites relating to any issues similar, no fix, now i beg for a person to similar issue or knowledge about to help me out

your motherboard? If so, what BIOS version are you on for your latter motherboard?
Thats correct and BIOS version is A520I AC F18, the version given is the one the automatic drivers gave to download, as an option from the windows itself

Gpu: rx 5700xt sapphire pulse

Source(borrow, not buy) a reliably built 750W unit and see if the issue persists.
I'll see what i can do about that, it was tested on a 750W build and showed no sign of reboots about it, but its hard to trust that its gonna fix issues, jumping from 650W psu to 750W psu really hard when with the amount of PSU i've change, issues still persist the same, and Monitoring the GPU shows it can draw the 225W it says its meant to draw in stress bench

Just looking to share this aswell, example of stressing them good, no stutter nor restart but playing something gives that, like really gives the idea of driver but what am i missing, from changing mobo to restarting windows and still having that, gpu drivers good and cpu drivers, well drivers

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!

Update cause issue still persist:

i managed to swap out the cpu and narrow it down to the gpu, and so far no tuning no change of bios silent and normal have worked, now im trying out drivers swapping with ddu, i have not managed to find a reliably built 750W like mentioned before unfortunately, any suggestions or driver? or change that might do a bit of help

psu is on weak side. the recomendation from sapphire is a good quality psu of 650w watts or above

total power of the card is 241 watts add all the other components and your about 350w or more basicly you spike the psu just turned off system spikes can do that.

what is your max budget.
