Solution
Don't make things too complicated. Get a can or two of compressed air for electronics. Every 6 months or so, open the computer case and blow off the dust. There's no need to disassemble your PC. If you have dust filters on your PC's case, take those off maybe every 3 months and blow the dust off. That's it.
Normally a little bit of dust won't be an issue. You don't immediately need to clean it. When the dust gets thicker it starts to form an insulating blanket or starts to clog the spaces between heatsink fins, then you absolutely need to clean it. The longer you wait the worse it will get. So, you don't have to keep it spotless, and you can likely go months between cleanings. Just keep an eye on it.

light dust isn't a big deal and even heavy dust won't hurt your components, it just decreases the cooling capacity. What can be a real pain is mixing light dust with cigarette smoke and or cooking grease, neither of these will hurt the pc components but mixed that can be a real hassle to remove from Fan blades and cooling fins.

Or pet hair.

I little dust is not an issue. It's inevitable that you'll get some dust in you PC due to the fans. It only becomes an issue when a PC is not cleaned and a thick layer of dust builds. This thick layer of dust traps in heat, which reduces the reliability of the components.
