Ignore Button

Can there be a general ignore button that will act like the one that we already have, but apply to the whole Forumz?

i think from now on im just gonna hang out in (other)

and ocassianlly try to help a few people with problems,

and ask for help if i need it.

I agree. I used to read everything, but after enough arguments you learn who to avoid, who to skim, and who to read. I think the ignore button is an unnecessary convenience, but who am I to suggest it shouldn't have greater functionality?

I totally agree.. It would be nice to totally avoid\ignore a certain yellow ball with a metal face mask.. (not glasses)

Wow, I thought the button said Ignore because you were supposed to pretend the button wasn't there. Huh, learn somethin' new everyday.

Being a bit serious, has anyone noticed that when the ignore button is activated, the page formating gets really really screwed up?

Just tested it on a few threads of varying lenghts (Never actually used the Ignore before) - No problems. What browser are you using (IE7, for me)?

yes.. I use firefox 2 and see issues.. I just overlook it.....
