Question iGPU + dGPU manage ?

Hi,
I was wondering if I can run the igpu for all the basic application like the browser and the dedicated for all the other thing and if I need another cable(from the io).
Also I was searching a solution for cap fps in some programs by the nvidia control panel.

you would need another cable as you need to attach motherboard to Monitor to use the IGPU

Not sure about using 2 GPU for specific tasks. I know laptops work that way but not sure about desktop.

I want to add a cap, actually the app is gta5 where you can t cap fps, I play with windowed game so it does not apply the v sync soo the gpu is at the max all the time and I did not like, I get like 90fps but are useless, I d like to cap at 60
