In short I updated my iGPU (UHD630) however it made my display strangely very grey and dim so I rolled it back in Device Manager -> Properties which more or less temporarily "worked"
After restarting my PC UHD630 no longer showed in Task/Device Manager and instead showed as "Microsoft Basic Display Adaptor" In BIOS settings it detected the UHD630 though. I attempted to install the drivers through Intel DSA which came up with (couldn't find an appropriate driver to install) so I assumed by Uninstalling the Microsoft Basic Adaptor it would detect the iGPU (which didnt work)?

(Nvm its back after some painfully confusing diagnosing buuuut my recommendation - dont update to this driver unless ya want ya monitor to look like its permanently covered in fog... - if ya use "HDR" that is)
