The differences are very minor.
i would take the asus, but im just a fanboy.

If you really care about which is actually actually the best, look up on google for a VRM b450 chart, and you'll find the board with the best vrm.
and check for pcie slots or m.2 slot configurations. sata ports, usb internal and external ports. how good the audio is etc.

but again, there isn't one of them that is so much better than the others.

Hello, i can only advise on the Asus as i own one with a r5 3600 and can report i have had no issues with reliability, however i use a static multiplier on the cpu as when on auto the cpu has alot of voltage spikes which i do not like but other wise i have run oc upto 4ghz and 3ghz ram oc on 2666mhz rated dual channel ram, the custom fan software is finnicky tho but otherwise a decent mobo for the price
