ilyama monitor doent work

so i recently bouht a monitor works perfectly. but when i want to change my refresh rate i can not go higher then 60 hertz. i have a 1080 p monitor. on the monitor page they say the maximum is 75. https://iiyama.com/gl_en/products/g-master-ge2488hs-b2/ . wich i can only reach if i put down my reselotion. so i decided to serch up if there were drivers. i donloaded but mine is not in the folder. any one idees

the max refresh rate is 60hz you do not want to be going for less resolution to gain 15 hz.. And nearly all monitors have higher hz if you go down in res
