Solution
Three suggestions

1. Swap out that Cooler Master PSU for one from XFX. Cooler Master PSUs are manufactured by a variety of vendors with mixed quality while XFX PSUs are manufactured by Seasonic which are the gold standard for reliability. Same wattage is fine.

2. Spend a few extra dollars and get a Western Digital Black HDD rather than a Western Digital Blue HDD.

3. Spend a few extra dollars and get a GeForce GTX 760 rather than a 660, or a Radeon HD 7870.
