Help please. My computer gets black screen and the keyboard and mouse wont work but the fans and lights in the cpu is running 🙁 help please

A little more info would be helpful. Did you just build this computer? Does the black screen happen before the system loads windows and after the POST?(In other words are you able to access your bios? What's your setup? Processor,RAM,PSU,Motherboard??

From the motherboard manual: "One single short beep will be heard if no problem is detected at system startup."
