Everything is solid, except I would recommend you go for the Radeon R9 390, specifically the MSI variant. This may/may not start a fan war, I don't really care but it gives me solid 60FPS on GTAV and Arkham Knight at Ultra/High settings. I know that GTAV uses almost 4GB of vram at those settings, and I also know that people have said the difference between the 970 and 390 is almost negligible. But here's the thing. In the coming years, games will use more vram. That is fact. And having a card that has such a huge buffer will come in handy, if not next year, then the year after that. Both the 970 and 390 are damn good cards, and neither are perfect. But the 390 pulls slightly ahead for me. Also don't worry about temps or anything like that. MSI's Twin Frozr V definitely does the job. Max temp on my card while gaming is about 75 degrees Celsius. Barely audible fans at that load after customizing the fan curve. OCed enough to more than handle anything I throw at it without crashing, stuttering or freezing. Done deal.
Also, no need to change the PSU if you go for the 390, 650W is more than enough. I should know because I have the XFX XTR 650W for my PC.
