I'm facing big problems with my DELL Inspiron 15 3576

I just bought a Dell Inspiron 15 3576 laptop with:

*8GB of RAM / AMD Radeon 520with2GB / Intel core I7-8550u
Windows 10

But its slow, Also once I was playing"Sleeping Dogs"at custom graphics & 720p with about 23FPS,its temperature increased and it became 60FPS then suddenly the laptop slept and the fan sound stopped

NOTES:
+I was playing with the battery on and plugged-in
+when that happened i let the laptop to cool down then I pressed the power button and it woke up
+while I was writing this question the blue screen of death appeared(Error IRQL not less or more)
Finally can anyone help me?
